Welcome to DNAthletic

Most training content lives at one of two extremes. On one side, gym-bro heuristics that “just work” but nobody can explain. On the other, dense sports-science papers that never quite tell you what to do on Monday morning.

DNAthletic sits in the middle. The goal here is simple: take what is actually known about getting stronger, fitter, and more resilient, and connect it to the technology that makes that knowledge measurable.

What you’ll find here

  • Programming, explained. Why a block is built the way it is, not just the set-and-rep scheme.
  • The tech layer. Velocity trackers, force plates, HRV, wearables - what the numbers mean and when they are worth trusting.
  • First principles. Enough physiology to reason about your own training, without needing a degree.

I would rather publish one thing that changes how you think than ten things you forget by lunch. Posts here will be occasional, specific, and honest about uncertainty.

If that sounds like your kind of thing, welcome. Let’s get into it.
